Events

What happens at The Seller

Every event is small, practical and built around problems sellers actually have.

Seller roundtables

About 20 sellers, one real problem: account health, Q4 cash flow, ads, inventory limits. A moderator keeps it practical.

Operator spotlights

An experienced seller walks through a real win or failure, with the numbers, then takes questions.

Behind-the-scenes visits

Small-group tours of 3PLs, prep centers and members' warehouses.

Expert sessions

Tax, legal, IP and brand protection, led by specialists. Questions welcome, pitches not.

Live online commentary

Members talk through Prime Day, Q4 and major Amazon policy or fee changes as they happen. Open to members everywhere.

Member-hosted events

Host a roundtable for sellers you know. We handle venue, format and moderation.

Membership

What members get

Answers from sellers who've been there

Suspensions, stranded inventory, reimbursements, IP complaints. Someone in the room has already solved your problem.

Hear about changes first

Members compare notes on fees, policy, ads and inventory before it shows up in your Seller Central inbox.

A network you can trust

Introductions to peers, and to service providers other members actually recommend.

A private discussion group

Ask between events and get answers from peers in hours.

Member benchmarks

Anonymous pulse surveys on ad spend, margins and cash flow, with results shared with members who take part.

Recaps

Short written takeaways after each event.

Bring a guest

Members can bring a fellow seller to events.

Topics

What members work on together

Brand growth and advertising

Forums on Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, listings, Brand Registry, launches and driving outside traffic. Members compare what's working in their own accounts.

AI for sellers

Hands-on workshops on using AI for listings, images, ad management, customer service and reporting. Practical tools you can use the next day.

Account health and marketplace issues

Advice from sellers who have handled suspensions, appeals, IP complaints, policy changes and Walmart onboarding. Introductions to independent reinstatement specialists and attorneys when you need representation.

Logistics and cost control

Cutting FBA, inbound placement and storage fees, choosing 3PLs and prep centers, using Walmart Fulfillment Services and multi-channel fulfillment, and managing freight.

Cash flow and operations

Planning inventory for Q4, managing payout timing, taxes and hiring. Peer experience, no sponsor pitches.

Cities

Online everywhere. In person in major cities.

The discussion group, recaps and benchmarks are open to members across the US. In-person chapters open where members are.
